Mr. Sanjay Chouthamal Sarda

Mr. Sanjay Sarda is Promoter and Managing Director of the Group Holding Company. He will also be responsible as CEO of Shakun Super Specialty Hospital.

He is an alumni of IIT Kharagpur with over 19+ years of diversified work experience with start-ups to large corporate, in various industrial sectors such as Information Technology, Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Entertainment, Seeds and Food Processing. Achieved excellence in the areas of Project Management, Business Strategy, Resources Management and Business Operations.

Some achievements in Projects and Resources Management

  • Designed and implemented complete interior works for corporate office of 25,000 sqft in just 98 days and with savings of over 25% on realistic budget (work included, civil, furniture, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, automation, communication, computers and artwork)
  • Successfully headed HR Layoff project, reducing manpower by over 35% (500+ nos) equally distributed from top to bottom levels within span of 60 days, without paying compensation and avoiding any legal complications
  • Setting up of Low Cost Amusement parks & holiday resort
  • Various turn key projects for SMEs, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, etc.

  • Start-ups:     Promoted and managed during inception stage three public limited companies and one private limited company
  • Manufacturing: Designed two State-of-the-art Food Processing units and one Food Packaging unit for catering to retail agricultural commodities sector
